Pre-order items are items ordered with the understanding that it will ship at a later date. Pre-order items are made to order and will be shipped within the extended shipping window specified on the product page. Because these items are made to order, we are not able to allow cancelations, returns or refunds.
Any items purchased in the same order as a pre-order item will NOT be shipped separately. All items within a single order will be shipped together. (Please refer to individual product pages for shipping window.)
Cancellations requested after one hour of the product being released will not be accepted
