Why didn't I receive my entire order?

Most of the time, we will ship your order 100% complete, which means everything you ordered is in stock. If a particular item has a longer fulfillment window than the others you purchased, we may offer split-shipping. When we split-ship an order, we ship the item(s) that are available, so that you and your littles can enjoy them sooner! Then, once we have the other item(s) in stock, we will ship those out to you right away.
