Where is my order?

We strive to ship all orders, both domestic and international, within 1-3 business days of purchase. (The package will leave our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase). For expedited shipping, orders with items in stock will ship no later than the following business day. 

 

How do I know if the item(s) I ordered are in stock? 

Each product description will include a fulfillment window. If items are in stock, that fulfillment window is 1-3 business days. If the item is not in stock, the fulfillment window will be stated. 

 

Order Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

I think my order is lost. What do I do? 

If you believe your order has been lost or misplaced, please file a claim with the respective courier to resolve the issue. You can also reach out to us at hello@rags.com and we can investigate further.
