The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and select the item you would like in exchange. You will have the option to exchange your new item once your exchange is sent back or exchange it immediately.
Keep in mind that items can sell out before your exchange is processed. The sooner you return your item, the better (to avoid the risk of it selling out).
