Can I exchange a product that I ordered?

Absolutely; as long as the item is not final sale or past our 30-day return policy. The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and select the item you would like in exchange. 

We will send your new order once your return has been scanned into USPS' system and is on its way to us! Keep in mind that items can sell out before your exchange is processed. The sooner you return your item, the better (to avoid the risk of it selling out).
