What is your return policy?

General Policy

Any unworn, unwashed product, with tags still attached can be returned.

Items must be purchased directly from RAGS.com or an authorized retailer with proof of purchase

Returns must be submitted product received back to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund (subject to $7.00), store credit or exchange. While we provide labels to send your item(s) back, the label will need to be printed by the customer. If you purchased Re.do at checkout, you are eligible for FREE returns! Navigating through the Returns Portal will be your best bet when initiating a return. 

We do not accept used items but, we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.

All sales are FINAL on Gift Cards, Pre-Orders, Grab Bags, site-wide sales (such as, but not limited to, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and Holiday-themed products such as Halloween, 4th of July, etc.) Please refer to the individual product detail page for any other exceptions

Cancellations requested after one hour of your purchase will not be accepted

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and are happy to help you get your item returned for the right one! If you aren't happy with your purchase and it is within the return window, we can provide a flat rate prepaid shipping label for $7.00 (per order), for a refund. You can also exchange the product or receive store credit when going through our Returns Portal. 

International customers will need to ship items using their own shipping label.
