Help! My package is being returned to your warehouse!

Sometimes an address is entered incorrectly at checkout and will be processed as a Return to Sender by the carrier. In this situation, be sure to reach out to us right away at so we can keep an eye out for the package and resend it to you. 

Unfortunately, our Fulfillment Center does not have the capability of identifying a Return to Sender package vs a standard return. If our team does not know about your package before it is delivered to our warehouse, it will be re-shelved and added to the site to be purchased.
