Sometimes an address is entered incorrectly at checkout and will be processed as a Return to Sender by the carrier. In this situation, be sure to reach out to us right away at hello@rags.com so we can keep an eye out for the package and resend it to you.
Unfortunately, our Fulfillment Center does not have the capability of identifying a Return to Sender package vs a standard return. If our team does not know about your package before it is delivered to our warehouse, it will be re-shelved and added to the site to be purchased.
